Practical, scenario-based safety training for data center site workers. Goes beyond Green Card basics — covers site-specific risks, PTW discipline, LOTO, hot work, and contractor interfaces.

Module 2: Safety Leadership Essentials

For supervisors and leads

Leadership-focused safety training for site supervisors, team leads, and HSE coordinators. Builds practical routines for daily safety leadership in complex, contractor-heavy environments.

Is this training only for data centers?
The RG HSE Training programme is designed specifically for data center environments. We also deliver tailored HSE training for other industries — contact us to discuss your context.
Can you deliver training on-site at our project?
Yes. On-site delivery is the default for Site Safety Essentials. Safety Leadership Essentials can be delivered on-site or remotely.
Can you customise the content for our project?
Yes. Customisation is standard. We use your site specifics, contractor setup, and risk profile to make training relevant and practical.
What is the pilot programme?
We offer a structured pilot: intake call, content customisation, delivery, knowledge check, and a short feedback report. This lets you evaluate the training before rolling it out more broadly.
How many participants per session?
We recommend 8–20 participants per session for maximum interaction. Larger groups can be split across multiple sessions.
Do participants receive certificates?
Yes. Every participant receives a certificate of participation. A knowledge check is included to validate learning.
