Resiliency Group (Ilkka Kervinen) and Safyris Oy (Ville Rosenlund) strengthened Safety and Risk Management at Helsinki–Vantaa Airport. Working closely with leadership, Safety, and operational teams, we identified 400+ risks and elevated 40 to TOP priority with assigned owners. Training for Duty Managers (with CEO attending) sealed the commitment. Clear ownership and daily monitoring now drive continuous improvement.

Safety culture analysis & development project3 years (2022–2025)

From safety culture analysis to sustained development

MM KotkaMills engaged Resiliency Group starting with a safety culture analysis in 2022. Based on the findings, a three-year development project was launched to support both the safety organisation and the operational organisation in developing safety practices.
