Individual contractors work independently. A pod is a coordinated team with shared routines, clear role separation, and built-in backup. You buy capacity and continuity — not just headcount.
Can we start with one person and scale to a full pod?
Yes. Most engagements start with an HSE Manager and scale as the project grows. We add Advisors, Supervisors, and Coordinators as needed.
How quickly can you deploy a pod?
Typically 1–2 weeks for the first role. Full pod deployment depends on project scope — usually 2–4 weeks.
Do all pod members need to be on site full-time?
Not necessarily. The HSE Manager may work hybrid (some days on site, some remote). Supervisors and Coordinators are typically on site daily. We adapt to your needs.
