Ilkka founded RG and brings 20 years of experience in practical safety work, accident investigation, and organizational development. He understands how safety and reliability are actually built.

On data center projects, Ilkka structures the overall approach: what needs to be led daily, weekly, and by project phase. He helps establish common contractor practices, handles deviations from a learning perspective (not blame), and advises leadership on priorities. His approach is fact-based and clear — nothing is hidden, but everything is handled constructively.

Pasi Huomo

HSE Manager, construction safety leader, Captain (ret.)

Pasi is results-driven with leadership experience in large, high-reliability organizations.

Pasi's strength is managing site HSE practices and ensuring safe execution in daily operations. He conducts safety walks, coordinates contractors, develops site-specific instructions, and ensures training works. He handles deviations thoroughly and follows corrective actions through to completion. With Pasi on site, safety feels like a managed discipline, not just paperwork.

Ville Markkanen

HSE Supervisor, safety management specialist

Ville brings 25+ years in safety and preparedness roles, with background in government work and comprehensive HSE leadership in large organizations. Currently he works as HSE Supervisor on a data center project, where his daily role is safety coordination and oversight.

Ville's strength is practical clarity. He conducts MVR measurements, gathers safety observations, and handles them constructively. His approach is open and collaborative — he builds working practices and implements them in a way that actually functions under pressure.
